Theme: Mindfulness and Self-Care

Many of us lead such busy, distracted lives. Our schedules are full and our list of things we need to get done seems never-ending.  We spend so much time and energy focusing on taking care of others that we sometimes forget to take care of ourselves.

If this sound familiar, this retreat may be exactly what your soul needs right now!

You will have an opportunity to slow down and take a break from the stress and busyness of life.

You'll be given tools and opportunities to practice mindfulness techniques that focus on being

fully present. This will help reduce feelings of anxiety and overwhelm, and allow you to expand

your capacity for more love, appreciation and peace in your everyday life.

Hiking

Fun hiking excursion to one of NC's most popular and beautiful waterfalls!

Yoga

Experience relaxation and deepen your connection to mind, body and spirit with daily yoga sessions led by Certified Yoga Instructor, Kim Blue.

Sound Healing

During a relaxing sound bath, Certified Yoga Instructor, Michelle Befus will use sound and vibration to reduce feelings of anxiety and physical pain, and promote relaxation, mental clarity and more restful sleep

Guided Forest Bath

Experience a nervous system reset by tuning into your senses on a forest bathing walk through Pisgah National Forest-led by Indigo property owner, Lisa Garcia

Mindfulness Practices

Facilitated discussions, breathwork, meditations and journal prompts led by Host, Sam Koepp. You will be provided with tools to help declutter your mind, reduce stress/anxiety and promote more peace in your life
